Refund policy

REFUNDS

Thank you for purchasing our products. We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges on FOOD ITEMS (for health and safety reasons) or GIFT CARDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If your FOOD ITEM order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the product to request a refund or replacement. 


Damaged Product (if applicable)

Send photos of damaged product and shipping package to southernsauce7dripp@gmail.com. Please include the order number, as well. Unfortunately, items not reported with 5 days of receipt are NOT eligible.

Indicate if you want a Refund or Replacement.

Once the picture of damage is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have reviewed your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. The email will be a confirmation for your own records.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Replacements will be sent to the address listed on the order within 2-3 business days. No further actions will be required from the customer on replacements. Wait for the delivery to arrive and enjoy. 

CANCELLATIONS 

To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. 
All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for your own records.
